Books

The newest incarnation of my book is now available in paperback and ebook formats through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and many other fine retailers and published through Moons Grove Press. The publishing house is through renowned sexologist Dr. Gloria Brame (so be sure to also check out her insightful blog for even more helpful resources about sex and kink)

Barnes & Noble – paperback * Amazon – ebook * Amazon – paperback

Within the pages of How to Find A Dominant you will find a thorough breakdown of just about everything you need to know from basic terminology and making a strong profile to sending out that first email and meeting for the first time. There’s even in-depth information about the real-time kink community from munches to large-scale events. There are plenty of tips and tricks on navigating your way through the on and offline communities and how to avoid being labeled a troll.
Despite all the avenues available today, are you constantly wondering why you’re not getting responses through your profile or to your messages? Maybe you’re one of the lucky few who do get a response but the communication dies out just when you thought things were looking good. While it could be issues on their end, this book will take an in-depth look at things you may be doing wrong or ways that you can fine-tune your profile and approach to have much better success in your search for a dominant.
Dive in and learn about the lifestyle, its communities, and how you can become a part of an exciting culture all while learning how to put your best foot forward to increase your chances of finding the ideal D/s dynamic. This book is specifically designed to be inclusive so regardless of your gender identity or sexuality or the gender identity/sexuality of the dominant you wish to serve this book will work for you.

HISTORY OF THE BOOK:

In 2012 in wrote the first edition of How to Find a FemDom which was written more as a lark and was only about 100 pages. When that started to generate interest (and sales) I decided to put my nose to the grindstone and expand it further. I included new information and resources which doubled the size and brought it to a little over 220 pages. This was released in 2013 as a second edition.

A friend (at the time) told me that they would be able to connect the book to a much larger audience and be able to spruce up the interior of the book’s contents. Plus, since the book’s main focus was on male submissives seeking a female dominant it may face some issues as I began to transition from female to male. As such, around 2014 I agreed to sign over the book to that person under the belief that they would actually do something with it.

Between 2014 to present the book received not one second of attention from this person. After several attempts I finally reached the person and it was agreed that I would resume control over the book.

Now, on the cusp of 2019, some things have changed in the world and in my personal life as I’ve aged and grown as a person (and, in fact, changed my person). It was time to dust off the book and revamp it for the current era. Much of the content in the original books could easily be adapted to be more about submissives in general seeking dominants in general rather than focusing on any specific gender or sexuality. This will allow the book to reach an audience that encompasses the entire BDSM community rather than a specific niche.

How to Find a Dominant: Common Sense Tips for Submissives Interacting On and Offline will be the newest incarnation of the book. It underwent a thorough revision to make it more non-gender specific while also updating it to include many of the new and exciting changes that have happened in the community.
